		<description>Really good observations actually identifying some of the most vile ground reality issues which have infested IT industry. I have worked for just two years but have seen enough to be disgusted by delivery models of certain companies, especially IT services and consultancy companies. But to be fair, some start up do a great job of providing value and I hope the author would sometime contribute insights on these too. </description>

This practice of batching changes in releases in turn got embraced by the industry as the professional way of conducting business.
