I'm planning to keep picking at Scrum from various angles in the time to come right here at this blog, so stay tuned and perhaps try to convince your peers to do so, too. This way you'll be well set when the day comes I'm back from vacation ready to discuss it in more detail with you. As I stated earlier, I really hope this is an approach we can adopt in our department too. Maybe you could find the time one day to run a short presentation for us (and our decision makers) about the advantages of SCRUM? (Efforts to make us see the light have been made in the past, by your former employee Mr. Wiik, but alas - nothing came out of it in the end.) Amen!
